Stud Welding Gun

Black Stud Welding Gun is designed to be utilized with a specific kind of stud, known as a "black stud". The presented gun utilizes a process known as capacitor discharge welding for welding the black stud to the base material. This process comprises charging a capacitor with the use of a high voltage electrical charge and thereafter discharging the charge by means of the stud and into the base material that creates a strong weld bond. Black Stud Welding Gun has great use in manufacturing and construction applications where MS studs are utilized, like in the installation of electrical equipment, metal decking, and HVAC systems.
